Refund Policy
Returns apply to misprinted/damaged/defective items only and must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. You must send a photograph of misprinted, damaged or defective items and invoice to info@speechkidsfun.com within 3 business days after receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to info@speechkifsfun.com no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
